Maintenance Manager

General Description

  • To oversee the production maintenance department in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all production equipment. This role focuses on minimizing equipment downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

  • Support troubleshooting and timely resolution of equipment and system failures

  • Monitor spare parts inventory, coordinate procurement, and ensure availability for critical equipment

  • Provide technical guidance training and support to maintenance staff, and communication correctly

  • Collaborate with production company policies and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

  • Perform additional duties an assigned by the maintenance manager

Job Requirements

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance of industrial machinery and systems

  • Experience in injection molding facility

Education

  • HS diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of injection molding and mechanical and electrical systems in industrial facilities

  • Ability to interpret technical documents manual and engineering drawings

  • Strong problem solving analytical and decision-making skills

  • Effective leadership communication and team management abilities

  • Thorough understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements
